  • Q) How can I know about the publication of new recruitment?

    Notifications for new recruitments are published vide Centralised Employment Notification (CEN) which are published in websites of all participating RRBs. Indicative notice of the CEN is also published in the Employment News and leading national and local newspapers.

  • Q) What the procedures of application?

    Eligible candidates may apply online for the concerned post(s) to only one RRB. A link is provided in the RRB website for applying online application. Moreover, application procedures are mentioned in detailed in the concerned CEN. Candidates must go through the application procedures before filling the application.

  • Q) What care should I take while filling-up the application form?

    Read carefully the guidelines in the registration pages of application link before filling-up the form. Make sure that you have filled-in all the required details in the application form. Do not furnish any false/wrong information. For assistance, you can send your query through e-mail to the Helpdesk. Details of the Helpdesk are made available on website. SC/ST candidates who want to avail free travel facility to attend Tests/Document Verification are required to upload their caste certificate at the time of application. Do not submit duplicate applications. Multiple applications/applications to more than one RRB against the same notification are rejected. Keep handy the 10th & 12th class marksheets and certificate, caste certificate, disability certificate, etc. while filling online application. Even after submission of the online application, certain modifications are allowed through ‘modify application’ link on the registration page after payment of modification fees.   • Q) What is the mode of payment of examination fee?

    The examination fee can be paid online using Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking or through SBI Branch or any computerised Post Office.

  • Q) How do I know the scheduled programmes of RRB?

    The schedules of the various programmes are published on this website and also in leading newspapers. Candidates are also informed about the various stages of recruitment process through e-mail & SMS.

  • Q) Are mobile phones/luggage allowed to take inside the exam hall?

    No. However, candidates may keep their belongings outside the exam hall at their own risk.

  • Q) How can I get my call letter/admit card?

    Eligible/shortlisted candidates may download their call letter/admit card from the website of RRB, Bhubaneswar
